802.02   LICENSE APPLICATION AND ISSUANCE.
   All applications for licenses shall be filed with the City License Clerk, upon forms provided by the City for that purpose. All licenses shall be granted by the Mayor. He shall have the power to require the approval of the same by the Chief of the Police Department, the Chief of the Fire Department, the Lima-Allen County Board of Health, its officers and agents, the City Engineer, the City Electrical Inspector or any other official whose approval may be deemed necessary for properly carrying out the provisions of this chapter or any part thereof.
