§ 656.01 INTERFERING WITH RADIO SIGNALS.
   (a)   No person shall operate or cause to be operated in the City any device, appliance, equipment or apparatus which creates or causes electrical high-frequency oscillations that interfere with the reception of radio broadcast signals, provided:
      (1)   The radio receiver being interfered with is thoroughly and effectively shielded and grounded;
      (2)   The radio receiver being interfered with is equipped with and operated from a suitable antenna of modern design suspended as far as practicable from any source of interference, such antenna, if dipole, to be coupled to the receiver by a suitable transmission line;
      (3)   X-ray pictures, examinations or treatments and diathermy treatments may be made if machines or apparatus used therefor are equipped to avoid all unnecessary or reasonably preventable interference and are not negligently operated.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
