§ 654.21 CROSSING A POLICE LINE.
   (a)   No person, without specific authorization from a police officer at the scene, shall cross a police line.
   (b)   For purposes of this section, a "police line" is the perimeter of any interior or exterior area established by a police officer of the City to restrict the passage of unauthorized persons, provided that either a police officer or person designated by a police officer is stationed to control access, or that proper signs, ropes or markings are in place designating a police line warning persons not to cross.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
