(a) Except with respect to Schoonover Park Swimming Pool, when duly authorized attendants are on duty at such pool, no person shall swim in any lake, pond, river, reservoir or body of water located on lands owned or used by the City for Municipal purposes, whether such lands are situated within or without the corporate limits.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
