§ 636.26 DISTURBANCES RELATIVE TO SCHOOLS.
   (a)   No person shall disrupt, disturb or interfere with:
      (1)   The teaching of any class of students at any school, college or university;
      (2)   Any activity conducted in a school, college or university building, upon the campus or grounds thereof, or in any public place utilized for such activity.
   (b)   No person shall strike, threaten, follow, pursue or lay hands upon a:
      (1)   Teacher, instructor, professor, person in charge of a class of students or any employee of any school, college or university while in the performance of his or her duties;
      (2)   Student or other person in a school, college or university building, or upon the grounds or campus thereof;
      (3)   Student or other person upon the way to or from any school, college or university, or upon the way to or from any school, college or university sponsored activity.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Punishment shall be as provided in § 698.02.
