§ 630.16 PRIMA-FACIE EVIDENCE OF VIOLATION.
   The possession by any person, or the having in his or her custody or under his or her control, of any ticket, check, writing, slip, paper or document, such as is commonly used as a representation, memorandum or evidence of or in the process of making, settling, paying, registering, evidencing or recording a wager upon the result of any race, contest of skill, speed or endurance of any man or beast, or of any "policy," "number game" or scheme of chance by whatever name, style or title known, other than lotteries permitted by law, is prima-facie evidence of possession thereof knowingly and a violation of the provisions of § 630.02(a)(7).
