§ 612.20 INTOXICATION.

(a) No person shall be found in the state of intoxication or, being intoxicated, shall disturb the peace and good order or shall conduct himself or herself in a disorderly manner.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
