(a) No person shall sell, offer to sell, give away, publish, distribute or circulate any pamphlet, periodical, newspaper or written or printed literature of any kind in the City without first furnishing the Mayor with a copy of such literature, if the Mayor requests or demands the furnishing of such copy.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
