§ 456.04 APPLICATION OF CHAPTERS 452 AND 454.

The provisions of Chapters 452 and 454 shall apply with equal force and effect to the municipal parking lots wherever possible and when not in conflict with the express provisions heretofore established for the regulation of municipal parking lots.
