§ 454.08 OVERTIME PARKING PROHIBITED.

No person shall cause, permit or allow any vehicle registered in the name of or operated by such person to remain parked in any parking space in a parking meter zone beyond the time limits fixed for such space or allow such vehicle to remain parked when such meter displays an overtime parking signal.
