(a) No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of displaying such vehicle for sale, or for the purpose of greasing or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.

(b) No person, other than the owner or driver thereof, shall deposit any advertising matter in any motor vehicle nor stick or otherwise fasten any advertising matter on any part of any motor vehicle.

(c) No person shall operate or park any vehicle on any street for the primary purpose of advertising.
