§ 444.13 RIDING UNSAFE BICYCLE PROHIBITED.

No person shall ride or operate, or cause or knowingly permit to be ridden or operated, on any sidewalk, street or public place, any bicycle that is in such an unsafe condition that a person may be endangered thereby.
