There is hereby established a Traffic Control Map to show at all times the current through streets, one-way streets, stop intersections and prohibited and limited parking areas of the City. Such Traffic Control Map shall be prepared by and kept on file in the office of the City Engineer and maintained by the City Engineer. The Traffic Control Map is incorporated in and made a part of this chapter as provided by Section 46 of the City Charter, as amended. Such Traffic Control Map shall be posted to date including all changes or amendments made in conformity with Section 406.09. The Traffic Control Map may be kept upon one or more maps or charts as the City Engineer deems suitable. All through streets, one-way streets, stop intersections, prohibited and limited parking areas and outer boundaries for parking meter zones existing as of January 16, 1956, shall remain effective and be designated upon such Traffic Control Map.
