288.01 REQUIREMENTS OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTS.

In contracts for the construction of public improvements, the dates and method of payment, including the amount or percentage retained by the City and the period of time for such retainer to guarantee the repair of any defect by the contractor, shall be as determined by the Mayor and specified in the contract.
