271.07 DEPOSITS IN THE FUND; ACCOUNTING.

All moneys which are received by, or for the use or purposes of, the Youth Commission shall be placed in the Youth Commission Activity Fund which shall be segregated from all other funds belonging to the City. All money so received shall be accounted for in a manner to be prescribed by the City Auditor, and the management and expenditure of such money shall be under the Auditor's supervision and control.
