270.01 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP.

A Recreation Board is hereby established in and for the City. The Board shall consist of five members, three of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor and two of whom shall be appointed by the Board of Education of the Lima City School District. No member of the Board need be a resident of the City.
