The Planning Commission shall have all of the powers and authority granted under the Ohio Revised Code to city planning commissions, including that granted by Ohio R.C. 713.01 et seq. and 711.08 et seq., and any amendments thereto, together with all powers and authority which may now or hereafter be conferred upon it by the City Charter or by ordinance of Council. Unless specifically regulated by the City Charter or by ordinance of Council, all powers, authority and procedure shall be governed by the Ohio Revised Code.
