252.02 MEMBERSHIP, TERMS AND COMPENSATION.

(A) The Planning Commission shall consist of the Mayor and four electors of the City appointed by the Mayor. Each member shall serve for a term of six years.

(B) The members of the Commission shall serve without compensation.
