(A) A new account entitled Indigent Drivers Alcohol Treatment Fund is hereby created pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4511.191.
(B) The Auditor of the City of Lima, Ohio, is hereby authorized and directed to establish a fund entitled Indigent Drivers Alcohol Treatment Fund and deposit appropriate funds into that account and disburse funds according to an appropriate warrants against the proper voucher or vouchers therefor.
(C) The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to cause publication of this section to be made in a summary manner as provided by the City Charter.
