222.07   APPOINTMENT OF COUNSEL.
   (A)   In those cases where a trial judge determines that the Public Defender's office cannot represent an indigent defendant due to a conflict of interest, other counsel shall be appointed by the Court and compensated as follows:
      (1)   For misdemeanors of the first and second degrees, a maximum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), based upon thirty dollars ($30.00) per hour in court and twenty dollars ($20.00) per hour out of court; and
      (2)   For misdemeanors of the third and fourth degrees, a maximum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), based upon thirty dollars ($30.00) per hour in court and twenty dollars ($20.00) per hour out of court.
   (B)   Within 30 days of the conclusion of any case in which an appointment is made under this section, the Public Defender shall report to Council, in writing, the total compensation paid pursuant to this section.
