222.06   REIMBURSEMENT OF STATE MISDEMEANOR CASES.
   (A)   In those misdemeanor cases filed in the Municipal Court alleging a violation of a State statute, where the Public Defender or a member of his staff is appointed by a judge of the Court to represent an indigent defendant, the usual and ordinary fees allowed by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners shall be paid directly into the City Treasury. The Public Defender's office shall complete all necessary papers or documents required to obtain payment from the County to the City.
   (B)   The Public Defender shall file a written report with the City Auditor, in the form and at the times designated by the Auditor, setting forth all moneys due and to become due the City under this section as of the date of such report.
