(A) Prices charged to the general public for copies of the Codified Ordinances, Council minutes, and other public records available through the Clerk of Council, City offices, or City departments are established in the Public Records Fee Schedule.
(B) The Clerk of Council shall charge one dollar ($1.00) for each certificate requested by any member of the general public.
(C) No charge shall be made for copies of any ordinances requested by the general public for the purpose of filing a referendum petition, nor shall any charge be made for certification thereon.
(D) Proceeds from the sale of copies as provided herein shall be deposited into the General Fund of the City.
