Section 1.12 Administering the UDO

This UDO is intended to be administered in an efficient manner that provides appropriate opportunities for public involvement and an efficient development process. The roles of the Board of Commissioners, Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, other boards and town staff are established in Article VII.
