It shall be unlawful for any person to connect private property to the town sewerage system by means of Orangeburg pipe. All connections to the town sewerage system shall be of cast iron pipe, PVC pipe or other pipe authorized for this geographical area by the State Building Code; and there shall be a cleanout plug at every 80 lineal feet of pipe.
