§ 51.17 PERMIT REQUIRED TO CONNECT PROPERTY TO SEWER OR WATER LINE AND TO INSTALL CERTAIN FIXTURES.

No water or plumbing fixtures shall be installed and no building or toilet fixtures shall be connected with a public or private water or sewer line, or private septic tank, without first obtaining a building permit in the manner provided in §§ 150.030 through 150.034.
