A Botanical Trail Advisory Board, hereafter referred to as the "Board", for the town is hereby created and shall consist of three members, appointed by the Lillington Town Board. The Board serves in an advisory capacity to the Town Board. Each member shall serve for a term of three years. Vacancies in membership for an unexpired term shall be filled by appointment of the Lillington Town Board. The members of the Board shall serve without compensation. The Public Works Director and Town Planner shall serve as ex-officio members of the Board.
