The property numbering book entitled “Property Numbering Book, dated February 12, 1985, Lillington, North Carolina” is hereby adopted as the official property numbering book of the town, and all property numbers assigned shall be assigned in accordance with this numbering book, and no other property numbers shall be used or displayed in the town except numbers assigned in accordance with the official numbering book. The property numbering book shall be kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
