(A) The most current edition of the North Carolina Plumbing Code (North Carolina State Building Code, Volume II, Plumbing), as adopted and published by the North Carolina Building Code Council, is hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as the plumbing code of the town.
(B) Whenever the provisions of the North Carolina Plumbing Code and the provisions of this chapter are in conflict, the more restrictive provisions shall govern.
