§ 33.02 REGISTRATION OF ELIGIBLE VOTERS.

The registration of eligible voters shall be conducted pursuant to G.S. § 163-288(a) and as further prescribed by applicable state law. Further, absentee voting shall also be permissible as set forth in G.S. § 163-302 (Absentee Voting in Municipal Elections).
