§ 33.01 NONPARTISAN POLICY.

(A) All elections for members of the Town Board shall be on a nonpartisan basis as described in G.S. Ch. 163, Art. 23.

(B) The result of all municipal elections shall be determined on the nonpartisan plurality method as set out in G.S. §§ 163-290 and 163-292.
