§ 32.122 ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS.

The Board shall, annually and as soon as practical after the appointment of the new members thereof, meet for the purpose of organizing and shall elect from its membership a chairman and secretary and such officers as shall be deemed proper for the conduct of its business. All members shall be entitled to vote.
