§ 32.104 PURPOSE OF BOARD.

The Board shall advise and provide recommendations to the Town Board of Commissioners as to the enhancement and improvement of the visual quality of trees or other plantings on public property and as to other projects for the aesthetic enhancement of the town, and other recommendations as may be requested by the Town Board of Commissioners.
