(A) Seven members shall be appointed by the Town Board of Commissioners.
(B) Each member shall serve for a term of three years and until his or her successor is appointed and qualifies, provided that the initial Commission members shall be appointed as follows:
(1) Two members for two years;
(2) Two members for three years; and
(3) Three members for four years.
(C) Vacancies in the membership of the Commission shall be filled for the unexpired term by appointment of the Town Board of Commissioners.
(D) The members of the Commission shall serve without compensation.
