§ 32.040  CREATION.
   A Senior Citizens Advisory Board, hereby referred to as the “Board”, for the town is hereby created and shall consist of five members, appointed by the Town Board. The Board, serving in an advisory capacity to the Town Board, will be composed of at least three members which are town residents. Each member shall serve for a term of three years. Vacancies in the membership of the Senior Citizens Advisory Board shall be filled for the unexpired term by appointment of the Town Board. The members of the Board shall serve without compensation. The Town Manager and Parks and Recreation Director shall serve as ex-officio members of the Board.
