§ 32.024  AUTHORITY OF MEMBERS; INTERFERENCE WITH FIREFIGHTER PROHIBITED.
   Members of the Fire Department shall have authority to do all acts reasonably necessary to extinguish fires and protect life and property from fire; and it shall be unlawful for any person, including the owner of property which is burning, forcibly to interfere in any manner with any firefighter in order to hinder him or her in the performance of his or her duty.
