(A) The Finance Director shall be the Town Treasurer/Accountant.
(B) The Finance Director shall be under the general direction and supervision of the Town Manager.
(C) The Finance Director shall have the duties and powers as set forth in the Local Government Budget and Fiscal Control Act, Article 3, Part 3.
