(A) The Mayor shall appoint a member of the Town Board to the office of Mayor pro tempore. The Mayor pro tempore shall have the powers and perform the duties of the Mayor when the Mayor is temporarily absent, ill or disabled.
(B) During the concurrent temporary absence, illness or disability of both the Mayor and Mayor pro tempore, the oldest Commissioner in point of age shall act as Mayor pro tempore until such absence, illness or other disability of the Mayor or Mayor pro tempore shall cease.
