§ 31.015  POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The Mayor shall be the official head of the town for the purpose of civil process and for all ceremonial purposes.
   (B)   The Mayor shall preside over, when present, all of the meetings of the Town Board; and he or she shall do and perform such other and further duties as may be imposed upon him or her by the Town Board.
