§ 31.004 MISCELLANEOUS APPOINTMENTS.

Town officials whose appointment and term of office is not governed by law or by this code shall be appointed in such manner as may from time to time be provided by the Town Board, and shall hold office at the will of the Mayor and the Town Board.
