(A) Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall subject the violator to a civil penalty in the sum of $50 per day.
(1) A citation for said civil penalty shall be issued by the Town Manager.
(2) Each citation for a civil penalty must be paid within 72 hours of issuance.
(B) Each and every day that the violator continues in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a separate and distinct offense.
(C) This chapter may also be enforced by an appropriate equitable remedy issuing from a court of competent jurisdiction.
