§ 30.09 SERGEANT-AT-ARMS.

The Chief of Police or some officer designated by the Town Manager shall be Sergeant-at-Arms of the Town Board, and shall, unless excused by the Board, attend all meetings thereof to preserve order, serve notices and execute such orders as may be given to him or her by the Board or its presiding officer.
