§ 30.04  SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Mayor or any two of the Commissioners of the town may call a special meeting of the Town Board, by personal notice to those not joining in the call, and if the Commissioners of the town should meet with a quorum present, and evidence of notice is presented to the absent ones, shown and spread upon the minutes, then such notice shall for all purposes be deemed to have been given.
   (B)   At any special meeting of the Town Board only those subjects which have been included in the call for such meeting shall be considered and acted upon.
