§ 131.02  ASSEMBLY OR PERSONS TO BLOCK STREET OR SIDEWALK PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The assembling together of persons on the streets or sidewalks in such manner as to obstruct the free passage of persons or vehicles thereon is hereby prohibited.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, group of persons, organization, association or any other persons to conduct themselves in such a fashion so as to block or impede the use of any street in the town by motorists or other persons having the right to use such street.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person, group of persons, organization, association or any other persons to conduct themselves in such a fashion so as to block or impede the use of any sidewalk in the town by pedestrians having the right to use such sidewalk.
