§ 130.03 TREES AND POLES PROTECTED AGAINST BILLPOSTING AND INJURY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to mark on or attach to any shade or ornamental tree, or to mark on or attach to any pole or apparatus of any public utility or any building within the town any poster or other form of advertising; and it shall be unlawful for any person to deface, damage or injure any shade or ornamental tree or any pole or apparatus of any public utility or any building within the town.
