(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to wantonly or recklessly injure any shade tree upon the streets of the town or upon any public square, or to wantonly or recklessly injure any tree, gate, fence, building or other species of property of another within the town.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to wantonly or willfully injure, interfere with, obstruct, damage, remove, deface or destroy any equipment, fixtures, fences, water lines, water storage facilities or other property of the town.
