§ 114.03 CURB SERVICE OF FOOD OR DRINKS; PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any food service establishment to serve food or drinks on the streets, curbs or sidewalks of the town without first having procured a permit to do so from the Town Clerk.
