(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale, or to serve, any food or drink which is spoiled, contaminated, adulterated, misbranded or unwholesome for human consumption.
(B) The Police Department shall have authority to condemn and destroy any food or drink found within the town which is spoiled, contaminated, adulterated or unwholesome for human consumption, and to cause any misbranded food or drink otherwise unfit for human consumption to be properly labeled or destroyed.
