If any holder of a taxicab permit or license under this chapter shall use, or permit to be used, any vehicle operated as a taxicab under this license or permit for prostitution or other immoral purposes, or for any purpose in violation of the liquor laws of any government, or subdivision thereof, having application to this town, or shall use, or permit to be used, such vehicle for aiding and abetting in prostitution or the violation of such liquor laws, the Town Board may thereupon revoke such license or permit. And if the licensee, or operator of any vehicle operated under his or her license, shall be convicted in any violation of the liquor laws, the license of such person shall be thereby automatically revoked.
