(A) All gamerooms and operation of gameroom-type equipment in the town shall only be open during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays and shall not be in operation on Sundays. Any school student 18 years of age and younger shall be prohibited in the establishment during the hours when his or her school is in session.
(B) No gambling whatsoever shall be permitted in such gamerooms.
(C) The proprietor shall be responsible for prohibiting and controlling any loud, boisterous or profane language in such gamerooms.
(D) Compliance with this chapter is mandatory for businesses with one or more games.
