(A) Poolroom and billiard parlor gamerooms operated in the town shall be open for operation only during the hours from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays and shall not operate on Sundays. Any school student 18 years of age and younger shall be prohibited in the establishment during hours when his or her school is in session.
(B) No gambling whatsoever shall be permitted in such gamerooms.
(C) The proprietor shall be responsible for prohibiting and controlling any loud, boisterous or profane language in such gamerooms.
(D) Compliance with this chapter is mandatory for businesses with one or more pool tables.
